  • Responsible for all technical aspects involved in the fabrication of state-of-the-art Infrared Fpacal Plane Arrays utilizing indium antimonide
  • Expertise in materials, growth and related defects, junction formation, passivation and surface chemistry, hybrid assembly, AR coating, test, performance analysis and modeling failure analysis and cost modeling
  • Directed process and product improvement projects used in all products manufactured at RVS
  • Managed largest IRFPA product line the world with >250 operators, engineers and managers which delivered >18,000 FPAs in 2004

  • Lead program/product teams. Performed specification analysis and flowdown, cost estimation and tracking, yield calculation and earned value
  • Programs included high rate tactical, developmental and strategic with space qualified components including InGaAs, InSb and HgCdTe detector materials
